In the trial production process of automobile coating production line, it is found that there are a few irregular stripes on the horizontal plane of the car body (cover, ceiling). With the increase of passing vehicles, the phenomenon of stripes becomes more and more serious. Almost 90% of passing vehicles have stripes regardless of vehicle type. The machine cover and other horizontal surfaces need to be polished, which seriously affects the production efficiency.

1、 Description of the phenomenon of body and cover stripes in the trial production of automobile coating production line

The abnormal body stripe occurs in all the vehicles passing through the line, which is irregular. Almost all the vehicles passing through the line appear, and the occurrence rate is as high as 90% when it is serious. In the trial production process of automobile coating production line, the stripes mainly appear in the engine hood, ceiling and other horizontal planes, and there are a small amount of stripes on both sides. The appearance of engine hood stripe is like the trace left by brush on the paint film. The direction is not fixed. There are micro stripe in phosphating visual inspection, concave convex feeling in electrophoretic wet film touch, and the stripe on both sides is similar to the stripe in groove.
